Membership Program

Memberships available for sports and race organizations seeking regularly scheduled NCSI background checked sports medicine professionals on-site at your events. Please see our membership rate sheet for more information.

Services and Fees

Sports medicine, race medicine and race massage services provided by NCSI Background Checked healthcare professionals including but not limited to: Certified Athletic Trainers, Sports Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics, among other healthcare professionals.

We will make sure you have the right services and health care professionals for each event. To be approved as a Member with National Sports M.A.P.®, LLC, you must submit your Membership Application

with credit card information and your event calendar must start with a minimum of 60 days from application submittal.

All Memberships include:

A long-term commitment to your event safety and sports medicine services
Background Checked Sports Medicine Practitioners, Race Medicine or Race Massage Team
Best rates for event safety and sports medicine
Discounted Admin. Fees and Rates per event

Additional marketing applications which may include:

Increasing participant numbers
Boosted SEO with your event information listed on multiple web pages
Regularly scheduled social media postings (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram)
Event day postings with all appropriate usernames, tags and hashtags (pre-, during-, post-event)
Partner and Sponsor Acquisition (when agreed upon)(i.e. printing, food & beverage, media, community members, sponsors, etc.)

Types of Services

Every race event or sports tournament, game, practice, albeit youth and/or adult, need vetted and background checked sports medicine practitioners and healthcare professionals.

Membership Types

Executive Team Membership (National Perspective)

This membership is available to any sports or race management director, a full-time sport administrators in organizations with a national perspective that conduct race events regularly or are involved with the development, enhancement, operation and/or support of youth and/or recreational sports. I.e. non-profit,
youth-serving, national youth sports organizations, national sport governing bodies (more than 10 events per year).

$475 One yr annual membership, expires one (1) year from application date

$850 SAVE on a 2-year membership, expires two (2) years from application date

Allied Event (Race Director)

This membership is available to any one person engaged in marketing and promoting race events. I.e. Race director, race organizations, race fundraiser coordinator, etc. (more than 2 events per year)

Allied Event (Sports Organizations)

This membership is available to any one person in a non-profit and/or youth-serving local, state or regional chapters of national organization such as parks and recreation departments, CYO’s, JCC’s, YMCA’s, local community leagues, etc. This membership is only available to those who do not qualify for executive or allied membership. (more than 2 events per year)

$275 One yr annual membership, expires one (1) year from application date

Associate (CVB’s, Sports Commissions)

This membership is available to any one person from a Convention & Visitors Bureau or Sports Commission. This membership is only available to those who do not qualify for executive or allied membership. (more than 2 events per year)

Affiliate (Coach, Parent, Referee, Admin)

This membership Is available to any one person with a local, state or regional perspective where the individual does not represent his/her organization. I.e. nonprofit, youth-serving local sport administrators, coaches, parents, officials. This membership is only available to those who do not qualify for executive, allied or associate membership. Does not apply for reduced Administrative Fee schedule.

$75 One yr annual membership, expires one (1) year from application date
$125 SAVE on a 2-year membership, expires two (2) years from application date

Memberships receiving a reduced Admin. Fee to be set at either $50 $150 or $250 (depending on event) require appropriate event information drop in the National Sports M.A.P.® Event Registration Form.

Client’s must communicate and release the current calendar year to National Sports M.A.P.®, LLC, for scheduling of sports medicine, race massage and/or race medicine services. Services include part-time medical, athletic training or massage staffing, data management & consolidated billing. National Sports M.A.P.®, LLC, may carry General and Professional Liability Insurance pertinent to each event type. If your event requires a certain insurance please include that in membership application.

Sports Medicine Services with NCSI Background Checked Practitioners

Sports Medicine: Practitioners go through a rigorous background check ensuring the safety and provisions in place you demand. Any practitioner with felony and misdemeanor accounts including but not limited to sexual or criminal history will not be allowed to work with our sports medicine teams. Every athlete deserves the right to trust their sports medicine practitioners and that is exactly why we built this company. If you are working with us we’ll make sure you have the right part-time medical staffing team your sports event needs. This service fits soccer, football, tennis, basketball, gymnastics and/or cheer sports as well as stick sports such as sport such as baseball, softball, and hockey.

Here’s a breakdown of the minimal amount of suggested services to schedule per sport tournament site or location. The sports medicine services rendered may be modified by age, sex, demographic, location, sport.
